Make Up

  1. Foundation: There are lots of mineral products on the market, and when I went searching for a foundation. I wanted a product that wasn't going to break out my skin, something that had a thick enough consistency to last, something that looks natural and blends well with my skin, and with all the mineral products out there it would be nice if the price was less. After, trying out products that range from expensive to cheap. I found a great foundation that provides what I am looking for!  The brand Physicians Formula has a line of make up products called Mineral Wear (Talc-Free Mineral Foundation) The product has a range of shades and its Hypoallergenic, Fragrance Free, Oil Free, Dermatologist Approved. Whether you are someone who has sensitive skin or break out -prone skin, the talc free formula will help reduce irritation and breakout. To find out where you can buy the Mineral Wear products, or to purchase them online visit the website www.physiciansformula.com

"Friends can help each other. A true friend is someone who lets you have total freedom to be yourself - and especially to feel. Or, not feel. Whatever you happen to be feeling at the moment is fine with them. That's what real love amounts to - letting a person be what he really is." JIM MORRISON

The name "SAGE"

Posted By wimsatt31 on Sep 28, 2009 at 3:53AM

The word SAGE is not only the name of an herb that is commonly cooked with, but also a word used for a person with profound wisdom and calm judgment. By combining the first letter of my name with the first letters of each of my brothers names (Sarah, Alex, Greg, Eric) the word SAGE is spelled. This is not to advertise that I am this unheard of twenty something year old who possesses some great wisdom or knowledge, but more so a reminder for myself that the more I learn the more I realize how much I don't know. The most incredible characteristic about wisdom is that it cannot be gained purely by reading text books, and googling the random questions that cross our minds everyday. It also involves the experiences that make up all the best, the worst, the good, the bad, the beautiful, and the ugly moments of our life. Since participation is required for certain wisdom to be gained, it can be comforting and helpful for others who may have been there to give you some insight. Whether it is something as small as learning to apply make-up for the first time, knowing what you should wear for that first ever interview for the start of your career, or something as serious as you have or have someone close to you who is battling a type of cancer or disease. Each experience is still your own, still unique and individual, but the support or advice of someone who has been down a similar path can possibly give you a lesson, or piece of advice that they had to learn.
What I want my page to do for women is to create a positive environment where women are supporting and helping one another. My family has played a large role in supporting and helping me in so many ways. Just a few words can be so helpful, but many times women don't show this love and support for one another. We have seen women be cruel to one another, and how many times have we seen a girl drop her friends for a guy, maybe you are the girl who has dropped your girlfriends for the guy, or maybe you dropped the girls and you realized your mistake, so now you need some advice on how to make it better. This is where we need to put all competitiveness, jealousy, anger, and any other negative feeling aside, so that we can provide each other with the help and support that sisters should.
